Business Development Representative - Medical Devices

Location: Queens, New York (USA)

Reports into 3D2B Project Manager

Your role as a Business Development Representative will encompass outbound B2B
calling within your assigned territory and/or market, attaining, maintaining, and growing
strategic relationships with executive and senior level decision makers at some of the
largest companies in the world. You will need to understand and identify customer needs
and ultimately develop sales opportunities for our fortune 500 clients.


  • Generate qualified sales opportunities in assigned companies through campaign-driven 
    outbound calling against set KPIs
  • Identify and nurture potential sales leads to become fully qualified opportunities ready 
    for handover to client sales / channel partners
  • Develop strong working relationships with client sales team
  • Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of client’s business, products and objectives
  • Develop sound understanding of competitor landscape and client’s USPs
  • Acquire key intelligence of potential prospect company via telephone and research sources
  • Develop and maintain accurate and detailed customer and prospect company information
  • Maintain an updated CRM database and a pipeline of prospects
  • Contribute valuable insight to our clients in regards to campaign, data quality, leads, and
    other campaign qualitative factors


  • Mother tongue English
  • Experience in a telesales, customer service, help desk, and/or inside sales role of at
    least 1year (B2B a plus)or Experience in medical fields and/or laboratory and/or healthcare
  • Demonstrated history of achieving and exceeding sales targets/goals, or other KPIs
  • Experience working in a target-driven environment with particular focus on customer
    satisfaction and quality
  • Experience and good working knowledge of the technologymedical environment(s)
  • Able to summarize conversations accurately and
  • Excellent communication, organizational and customer service skills (comfortable with
    outbound calling)
  • Confident, polite, and friendly, with business acumen, negotiating skills and able to
    engage with high level decision makers
  • Sales minded, business savvy, and customer oriented
  • Detail oriented
